General Policy:
Receviced amounts are typically not refundable. We value every contribution towards our projects and ensure that all funds are allocated responsibly to support our missions and goals.  

Exceptional Circumstances:
However, if you have made an error in the transaction or change your mind about contributing to our projects, we will honor your request for a refund made within 7 days of your transaction. To request a refund, please contact us with your transaction details and reason for the refund to helpdesk@cigi.org.

Processing:
Refund requests will be processed as per the organizational policies, with efforts made to return the funds to your original payment method within 7-10 business days following the approval of your request.
