This agreement is between you, the CUG (Closed User Group) user, and the Center for Information and Guidance India (CIGI). Acceptance occurs upon your use of the portal for any transactions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between you and CIGI, superseding all prior agreements regarding this site.   2. Service Delivery: CIGI reserves the right to deliver services as outlined on this portal. Should you have any complaints or disputes with the services provided, you are encouraged to contact our office directly for resolution.
  3. Refund Policy: CIGI does not process refunds through the online portal. For refund inquiries, please directly contact the finance department at CIGI. Following verification, the finance department will initiate any necessary refund processes.
  4. Privacy Policy: We collect personal information, such as contact details and transaction history, during your use of our portal. CIGI reserves the right to use this information for communication purposes through email, mobile, or postal mail.
